How long until my order is shipped?
Most orders are shipped the same day as they are placed or the next day, depending on the time the order is placed. If I am out of town for 2-3 days, I will place a message on the homepage, and I will ship the day after my return.
What is the cost for shipping?
I charge a flat rate of $3 shipping on all orders. This includes all international shipments as well. Priority shipping is available to customers in the United States, and the cost for Priority shipping is $5.75.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders in the USA will be received within 3-4 days. International shipments normally arrive in one week, although delays may be caused at times by customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I will ship anywhere worldwide. There is still no minimum order, and the cost for shipping is still just $3.
Are all flies in stock?
I try to keep my site as up-to-date as possible, and 99.99% of the time, only flies that are in stock are available for purchase through the site. The checkout will automatically correct for any discrepancies in product availability. If there is an error, I will ship as many of the flies that I have available, and will issue a refund for the difference.
What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum order.
What are your payment methods?
Payment can be made by either Visa or Mastercard credit cards, or by Paypal.
Do you have a refund policy?
100% customer satisfaction is the goal. If you are not satisfied, simply contact me, return the flies, and I will refund your money no questions asked.
